Year Six Poetry Presentation
1. Prepare a three minute presentation on a classic poem (no short, 'funny' poems - challenge yourself, please!)
Due: presentations on the Friday after half-term. 3 minutes. You may use PowerPoints, Prezis, models or posters. Do discuss M.R. S.R.A.N.D. D.R.O.P.S.

I want you to to create a concrete poem using materials you find, e.g. Create a poem about a tree by painting on leaves - arranging the leaves into the shape of a tree!

Task: Write a Housework Haiku on your Kidblog. Make sure you 'take a sentence for a walk' using your Cards before commiting each line to paper.

My bedroom (which is at the top of the stairs next to the Cinema) is like a New Year's Eve party. The bed (which is made from pure gold) is next to the enormous bookcase, and just behind the Playstation 5.
Feeling clever? Include similes and metaphor, too!
