Your blog is coming along quite nicely now, isn't it? Even though I haven't been commenting it doesn't mean that I don't visit it sometimes and check out the recommended books... I just finished the Name of this Book is a Secret, i read it in about 6 hours - very good. I'd recommend The Woman In Black by Susan Hill... but you've probably read it already being an English teacher and all that. I hope everyone at Falcons is cool. Being Year 8 is fun! St P is good... though the homework scene had increased dramatically... but it doesn't matter as long as I get it done... well. Rambling now am I? Well I hope this year is a success for everyone.

P.S. I don't know if you remember but you showed us Animal Farm the animated series... and I am now doing a study on the book ( so thanks for showing us that example of "political writing") and then persuasive writing using a good example called Shakey's Julias Caeser... it supposedly includes a lot of persuasive techniques. Once again I hope everyone at Falcons is doing alright... oh.... and keep those book reviews and recommendations coming! Oh... and i know all about Iambic Pentameter and Trochaic and feet and stuff... so yeah... I can write in the same style as Shakey! Still Rambling...
